fuckin internet is changing on me, i can see it! a new generation of users makes it different and being against change i'm going to miss the boat :(

i got my bf to change to gouda cheese :D he saw it in my fridge and went all 'ewww, wtf?!' on me, but i assured it was alright and maybe he tried it as well, and now i found it in his fridge. i know he wouldn't change his cheesebrand on his own so it had to be my influence. i'm pretty sure he'll go back to the edam-type cream cheese one he's always used, this gouda cheese he has isn't that good. i have to admit edam and cream cheese rock. edam is probably the best ever.

according to finnish dairy brand Valio, 'almost 1/3 of the cheese that finns consume is edam'. almost 1/3 ?? that's like, almost nothing! wtf are ppl eating if not edam. cream cheese? sure *shrugs* according to Valio; Polar 5 (5% fat, duh) is the most popular bread cheese in finland. (what other kind of cheese is there than bread cheese??) maybe that's what confuses me with mozzarella, it's this fancy 'cheese' that appeared out of nowhere and was supposedly for other purposes than bread. what the fuck is that? suspicious, i think it's related to cheese sure, but it's like a deviation or a variation of the real cheese. jen the cheese specialist :)
