better read from the bottom to get a hang of it. it's not so much the delay than the customer service that is pissing me off. one could always be smart ass and say that ordering from germany or abroad is not wise but it's worked well so far. this level of english is just unbelievable and the stuff in general...500e deposit? what the fuck, i've paid the camera in full!! and the smileys...great. ciao indeed. i replied with a request to have my order cancelled and money returned in full. we'll see what happens, i really hope there are no problems here because the cam kit is readily available in a finnish store, it'll cost more but whatever, at this point i'm beyond caring.

my shoot in Spain was pretty much confirmed today, and i'd really like to have the 5D there but if there are problems getting the money back from this german place, i might be fucked.
