i think i might be becoming finnish here. my age old cell phone won't work in canada but my bf has a leftover cell that does, so i should go pick it up, IF i want to have a working cell phone with me. of course the question is, do i? i think, it's time to submit. next, i realized its got an alarm clock, so do i take a separate alarm clock with me or do i just go with the phone? a lot of finns only have the phone which always sounded freaky to me... i don't trust them. but i think this is the moment of truth, if i start using a cell as an alarm clock, even if just for 2 months, it will officially seal my finnishness. but i'm not ready to make the decision yet, this is going to be one tough weekend...

i did this phone interview... the guy was called Ronnie. it's for a german alternative magazine, they're doing a fetish special and i'm featured in it. i think often it is disappointing how ordinary i am, for an interviewer. they perhaps expect a really weird fetishist-goth to be behind the photos, but it's just me. of course, that was my assumption, nobodys ever said to be disappointed, they just seem to be surprised when it turns out i'm not crazy about fetishes and all the weird stuff. i'm just familiar with it, okay with it, interested perhaps, i see the aesthetic side in some alternative things, but that's 'all'. then again, that's quite a lot already. well whatever, i could've talked about myself all day but now what's done is done, i can just wait to see the mag to see what the whole thing looks like.

i got a wake up around 6:15 (can't say exactly cos it depends on the fancy alarm clock!!) so i should be off to bed...and i got this really long day coming up too. i got a shoot and i'm still semi-clueless of what i'll be shooting. err. like, i got an idea, but i don't know how to express it, how to set it up...what props to use....

tomorrows my last day at work for 2 months... kind of weird. i think i will be missing some of the people(co-workers that is). not the work itself, but sometimes its fun to chat and stuff when its not too busy, theres no denying that. it's a part of my social life here.
