the apple pie was alright, warmed up and with ice cream.

seems like i watched 12 episodes of House and not 11. Kev has a lot of catching up to do.

and google is buying youtube. soon microsoft will buy google and GE and mc donalds and it's all big one happy family. whatever.

danish officials advise against travelling to muslim countries. u know they're nice and peaceful people down there but they just might kill u because someone in your country drew a cartoon. it's justified, they were brutally and cruelly hurt and offended after all. right? RIGHT??!"! fuck, those ppl drive me nuts.

Nikon released D80. makes me think of F80...the film SLR. love of my life. memories...

i've been reading Kev's issues of GQ. now why am i attracted to a 'men's lifestyle magazine'?. there aren't that many publications that can actually hold my interest for so long. i've read several articles and interviews, which were all interesting and funny, and edgy. a lot of mags try to be edgy but succeed poorly. like IMAGE, the finnish mag...but i understand there's not enough resources and readers to do a really cool mag in finnish. i'm not comparing the 2 btw, i know their target audiences are not the same altho they share some. but i think IMAGE is one of the best mags in finland, and its not all that amazing. worth reading, i subscribe it, even. anyway, GQ is sorta trendy, upper class...but they manage to stay cool and more less credible despite this. and they really do have some edge which so many mags are missing. then again it's got old fashioned attitudes as well, i was reading their 'modern manners' guide, err...but it was for north americans...*shrugs* not like chauvinism tho, i wouldn't swallow a lot of that. some of the writers seem really 21st century and relaxed, writing in a bloggish style. i think i might subscribe it or buy ir randomly, they'll most likely sell the british version in finland tho. but that should be better anyway? what to do, i could order the american for like 40euros (12issues/year), or the british for 97euros. i'm certain the british is better, not just quality wise but culture wise...life is different in europe and north-A... then again i haven't really compared them side to side. i think i'll do some comparing and decide then. i might be just as happy buying random issues, makes it more special.

tomorrow i look forward to watching Shamrock getting a beating from Ortiz. again. free on spike TV :) aaand we just finished watching 4 more episodes of House with Kev. and i think i'll just watch V for Vendetta now...

one of my all time favs:

"On the floating, shapeless oceans
I did all my best to smile

til your singing eyes and fingers
drew me loving into your eyes.

And you sang "Sail to me, sail to me;
Let me enfold you.""
-Song to the siren (best performed by This Mortal Coil)
