memories from Dec 05

only a couple days until my birthday. is there life AFTER that? i need a new goal. something to look forward to. something to plan.

i am going to help out/work for a political party's web campaign. a friend of Arttu's, Hannu, is a member of the party and Arttu wanted to get involved in the project, and when i heard about it, so did i. why not put my knowledge and skills to good use? and which party is this? i doubt its hard to guess for anyone, but it seemingly isnt my style to reveal my employers directly. even if its just volunteer work. sure you could do your math and google, but that would be pathetic waste of life.

i had to contact Parceline shipping company regarding the rug that i am getting. i used their contact us-form in which it was COMPULSORY to enter job title and company name. err. so just for the record, i am "prof" at KKK. "code geek" at Microsoft would be fun too. or "toilet cleaner" at Porcelain Unlimited. however Parceline's automated reply says i will receive a reply within 2 HOURS! i call that fast, now please prove this is true.

a photo that Severin Koller took of me, over 2 yrs ago around christmas. he printed in the darkroom and gave me. funny angle. i look worried? or just intensely lost in a conversation. probably talking to Miriam.













Severin and my friend Miriam met back then. she was visiting a friend of hers (she is german and this happened in Vienna), and Severin was HER bf. well, things changed pretty fast. he broke up during that visit and came to stay with us in the hotel we were in. it was actually some sort of apartment-rent thing, by a lesbian organization, where people rent their homes for a cheap price, i think it was 50e per night. very nice apartment with a few rooms, i think the owner was traveling. requires a lot of trust, that type of business. anyhow those were interesting times. a few months later Miriam moved to study in Austria and to live with him. i visited them in May i think it was. they are still together. it is awesome to see a great lovestory begin.
