populism

i just saw some conceptual modern art online. it was an artist's website and after clicking through a few sections of the site i just escaped. i stared at some of things for a second like "whaaaaat?! noh... what? no..." i sound dramatic. it was just what i said, conceptual and modern (i think), forms, a simple thing on a mono color background, a form of an animal lit on a screen...stuff like that. pretty much nothing, altho that sounds insulting. i totally did not bother even trying...that was not for me. i am for variety though, so its good that it exists.

Type O Negative's last album Dead Again is...not my thing :( distant moaning and growling with supposedly painful accent and screaming guitars on top. i am sorry to have said that but its just not my thing anymore. October Rust was more populist and i suppose that IS why i like it. oh well.

Saybia's album from last year (Eyes on the highway) is suberb - me recommends to myself

*watching Australian Biggest Loser*

i started checking out new series some months ago, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and AETV's Intervention. we've kept watching Ramsays series together with F, but i think after seeing Intervention's episode of Pam i had enough. well, that was the 2nd episode of all, maybe i continue later. i kept the Pam episode though, i had hard time finishing my glass watching it. the series is exaggerating and cliche, but it can touch. another one i watched was this...series of people fishing at the Bering Sea, in extreme conditions. can't remember what it is called. only watched about 2 episodes of that too.

honestly, if u have 2 screens, how do u control which one u get a screencap of?

AND, when the dollar is SO WEAK, how the fuck do u withdraw money off your PayPal account?? (into euros). u don't. period. but that sucks. while shopping with dollars is nice with the weak dollar, i dont feel comfortable switching currencies. yet, who knows, maybe it'll get worse...
