weekend. oh no, no no.

weekend. we did not do anything at all. which is fine. didnt even work on the puzzle. but we did put the pieces on a big aluminum board.

there was a short travel insight thing on Transylvania in the newspaper. there's apparently plenty of horses. we'll see about that. at least i got some info on what hotels etc cost.

Mugabe as well as the opposition claim to have won the election yesterday (in Zimbabwe).... jesus my head hurts. everything is so fucked. especially that place, and where they've been lead. a matter of opinion of course, and i only get the perspective that western news sources give me. based on that though, it might be the right time to give the opposition, or anyone else for that matter, a chance. this Mugabe guy... ehh. no. just no.

the news, as well as the trees outside F's apartment totally depressed me. the news are...pretty duh, and the trees? i don't know...they fuckin remind me of... i don't even know, they got me very upset. yet i know they were just innocent trees. F pointed out my upset would have been fast gone if id seen a squirrel on the branches. true. i often have. they like living there.

little did i know who would reply when i put up a journal in dA about traveling to warszawa, among other places. well, the biology student whom i showed Helsinki to about a year ago. he was studying elsewhere in the country and when leaving back home he stopped by in Helsinki. anyhow... i did not remember, but he lives in Warszawa. so i'll get a guided tour in turn. :)

and that reminds me, in case the anonymous polish(?) diplomat who called me a cunt with a fungus is still reading me, i would be happy show her/him around Helsinki or nearby areas any day. just let me know if you are around sometime. museums, historical monuments...all the civilized things to see, i would be happy to present, or anything else. not joking, i don't have that much humor in me :)

in russia inmates are getting their own reality-show. get out on parole if you win. its for ex-boxers, for which some are sitting in for rapes or murders. im not sure if this is ethically correct. no in fact i AM sure. it ain't. a rapist gets our if he wins boxing matches? well that makes him safe to let out in the society then. i would like to think he wouldn't get a visa here. a much bigger % of inmates in finnish prisons are non-finnish, compared to the actual population. you could find causes in racist or unfair legal system. whatever. many immigrants from countries with war etc. are very troubled, more so than average finns. understandable, that then u end up going the wrong way, sometimes. but i don't need a russian convicted murderer to top those figures.

in the following summer i wanna go to Provinssirock again. not so much interested in the bands, just the nice festival. F's favorite band CMX is playing there though.
