the brits are never going to withdraw, the irish are never going to give in

okay, here we are under the irish sun. 20 degrees. Avner and his wife life in a fancy rental apt right outside the city, we are sleeping in the living room. here, rental apartmets are readily furnished. how weird is that? to be able to do your own decor you need to buy a place of your own. it is not fair, is it?

pubs are at least as expensive as in finland if not more. so thats a huge minus. they sell snackfood and people eat dinners in pubs. the meals can be awesome but they are pretty 'awesomely' priced, too...   i did find a nice pair of shoes i had to buy, but in my current situation i think thats all im buying on this trip. i even have to limit sending photos from my phone because its rather expensive to do that from abroad. 

people are very friendly and nice, as they usually are outside finland...but it takes some time to get used to. first reaction is always like "wtf are u smiling to me at?!!"

anyway, we are probably going to galway on sunday, i was too tired to get up early this morning for that.
