farewells to [employer name here].

so yesterday was my last day at wherever i worked at. i arrived to the office in the damn snow blizzard... its not that -15C that gets me, although i have noticed my MP3 player stops working at exactly -15C. it's the wind and snow - that blows straight into the face! its painful! ive always had a sensitive face. the cold causes a sharp pain that i really cant take :( i feel like an inadequate finn.














because of the snow, and in the fear of getting emotional, i had used a liner pen on my eyes rather than a liquid liner... the latter smudges so much easier. i didnt' cry though! i just felt almost embarrassed cos firstly we went to a fancy restaurant for lunch, and then i got these farewell gifts... champagne and a little tstuffed bunny and a giftcard. way too much things! later i got another champagne bottle from the guy to whom i did a couple projects for last fall, the website localization etc. i rarely drink authentic champagne so i feel extra special now :)

was so odd to clean the computer, and just leave everything... the mood was very good throughout the day though, the department boss came to say hi to me as well. always liked him. of course everyone asked where am i going now, assuming that i have a new job perhaps. so i just told them "the world is my opyster" etc. since i dont have better answers. i did say i am going to Istanbul to see if i find a job there, and if not, ill look out for something else. so i have no idea where life will take me.

i slept over 12h last night and woke up to a day with no work worries, except for the photography stuff. which is stressful enough so i guess its even.

there's a 2-day party starting tonight...but its the kind of where i know i will not be happy all sober. or so i expect, so ill just skip. i have work to do at home too, so perhaps better this way. next week is then seemingly busy, cos i want to go out with my then ex-colleagues. me and miss R & Ella are also meeting up. and muuli & i also discussed about seeing. and there was something else which i already forgot.
