well, bulgaria and greece are near turkey? or so it seems. i found a train from istanbul to Athens! hey how about that? is greece in EU? i should know. probably. how about that?? :D Athens sounds GREAT. hmm, especially not in the winter.... but who cares???!! :D :D

the turks have issues with the greeks. or was it cyprus? i think cyprus at least has issues with greece? someone has issues for sure, perhaps that is EXACTLY what i should go look into??

and Sofia! is probably in Bulgaria! or somewhere else! regardless, a train goes there! yay! and these are no 3-day trains and run daily. i hope theyre not very expensive though... i must continue my studies...*puts imaginary reading glasses on*
