first day

was busy, but i managed a job interview, signing rental papers and getting a cell phone number. in bad weather.


but i really went around and around today.... from Çapa with a shared taxi to Taksim, from there with a Metro to Mecidiyeköy, which is where i met the doctor, cos he works around there. after lunch we took a taxi to Maslak, where the job interview was. from there back somewhere with a taxi and then a 'metrobus' to Söğütluçeşme, where i was a bit lost, and then found a minibus to Kadiköy, met Volkan and we went to the Osmanağa district where my flat was, after which we had something ti eat and drink, got me my Turkcell deal and i left with a ferry to Eminönü, from where i took the tram towards Zeytinburnu and got back to Çapa. and after this, i think ive seen enough weird letters for the day.

we are celebrating my home with the doctor with a pasta dinner and champagne :)
