i like the website i designed thanks for asking

if you want to sell your web design services to someone with an existing site, dont start with
"your current website is pretty bad, but i can help you"

or, maybe that works for someone, but u can never know if the person actually likes their website. whether i get offers to do it for free or cheap, i get turned off by that attitude. i have no money or much interest in a new site because im a control freak, but also because i dont think its that bad :) theres no flash, no fancy shit that everybody loves so much... but i am really certain it works on every computer and every resolution and browser (and bandwith!!). i find that important. also, my website is logical to browse, that is probably the most important thing when you want to show off something.

also what is important is the admin interface, im not a coder, so it needs to be easy and simple. and i dont want to rely on anyone to do stuff, it has to be all manageable by ME. not many website designers can offer that so easily. companies especially will want to make you dependant on their help.

anyway my point was that its offensive to start with "i can help you with your crappy site", because maybe i LIKE my crappy site! and maybe its not really crappy unless youre a techno obsessed geek with a Mac...

i think today ill do some laundry. i should also send a new list for job hours to my employer for the work i did in Budapest. it was an interesting bid, to meet professionals of a kind in their own environment. oh and i talked miss R to go out for a bit tonight, if she can borrow me the money that is. i could use a "resetting" atm.

oh jesus now i remember i had a dream last night in which i had a lot of hair growing on my thighs and i was trying to plug them off but it was slow.
