 the turksih railways online reservation system is not of the easiest kind. firstly, it didn't seem to work on firefox, and kept warning me that i need IE5.0 or later version...  oki doki. secondly, the english is at times incomprehensible and i think the coding work on this has been done in the 80s. however, i think i managed to buy tickets....(i was warned that it might be necessary as the trains are sometimes full). the site gave me reservation numbers etc, but reminded me to get ticket from 'computerized online station' ....err, ok? 

i dont have a screenshot, but the Turkish Airlines is the total opposite of this, very smooth, nice & clear website and reservation system. a joy to use.
