a few pointers
i have been venting about some setbacks and other stuff that stresses me, so i think should list some of the good things;
-fresh food. its rare to find sandwiches or anything else packed in plastic. sandwiches and everything else is widely available and made on the spot
-flexibility. if rules even exist, they are usually not a problem. cross the street where and when you want to. the shopkeeper will not tell you home delivery is not available, he will make up a price and arrange it. and so on.
-no need to recycle. lets not get into how we could save the planet and africans and pandas too by recycling eeeeverything. i am now throwing all my garbage in the same bag and then throwing the bag on the street. thats how easy it is here.
i dont think i need to re-mention the everlasting friendliness and hospitality of the turks. which extends to the street cats and dogs.
heh, one of the funnier FB groups ive seen; "When I die, I want my ashes to be spread over Iceland." another good one is "Jos 1 000 000 liittyy tähän ryhmään, vitut siitä." (=if 1 000 000 join this group, fuck that."
Threadless finally accepts paypal, very nice.
