in these american police/detective series the guys come to the scene or to interrogate someone and they say "CSI/NCIS/BAU" and people just know what it means?? i just watched an NCIS episode and cant remember what its short for. that show is not for me anyways.

an acquaintance just posted on facebook that she is in the hospital, having survived 2g of amitriptyline. who says stuff like that? err. i wonder if i should say it was too little or too much? theoretically too little, but of course its better she stayed alive and i hope this doesnt repeat.
