patching

i sew this Ramones arm patch on F's jacket yesterday. it originally had some kind of an army logo on which i didnt like. and it didnt have sentimental or other value to him, so we agreed to find him another one, more suitable. i have several that i dont use. Ramones is a good pick. awesome awesome band...

grr, my skin is unbelievably dry again. and its completely and totally my own fault. winter is so tough, i should be careful but i am so careless sometimes...go to bed with my makeup on etc...

almost a full month without a drop of alcohol. and tomorrow...yea its pathetic but i am having a drink at midnight. i need a fuckin reboot. im like a windows thats been running for 365 days straight. and im not pissing on windows here, i know everyone else likes to, but company-politics aside, it IS a decent product. and it IS easy to use and since it IS the most common OS, its easy transferring files and stuff with people at work or friends. i dont care how cool it would be to use Linux, i am way too fond of the ease and comfyness of windows to ever switch and go through all the constant shit that it would cause. if i wanted to get uncomfortable, i could switch to Linux and turn my home temperature down a couple degress to save energy. and freeze my ass off. worth it? after a year or two all the energy i saved could maybe very indirectly save 1/6 of a seal. so yea, if 5 other people besides me froze, we could save 1 hole seal! they can die for all i care, if i wanted to freeze, id go and jump in the sea to save them personally. or i wouldve been born as an eskimo... i appreciate Linux as a finnish invention but i just cant make myself to go that way... how did i get here?
