watching Top Chef Masters

i look like my hair is half-brown here? somehow sun brings out the tones underneath the black. but my roots def need dyeing...



















our latest cider (we have like 30 liters now, hah, but its good, its should last until october or so. easy, considering we are not drinking home much) was simple apple, and mixed with a bit of strawberry soda...omg, it is really good! we have gotten better and better, the yeast smell is getting less as we are trying techniques recommended on the internet...



















we are thinking of getting a new 2-plate stove... electric. i have considered a gas stove but time and time again i come to the decision that im not comfortable with gas... the transparent gas and fire and stuff...i know there are benefits but neither of us are Master Chefs...so. we do have a carbon monoxide detector for the gas heater thing, but like every website about gas stoves keeps telling, its always a small risk and requires careful handling. i dont want that stress. maybe later in life when we can afford an expensive IDIOT-proof model. the electric stove we are looking for needs to have 2 plates, and we are hoping for a ceramic induction model, altho those are a bit more expensive. some have smart functions like turning off when the pan is lifted and so on. this is an interesting example.
