save the ear. or the girl with earrings.

i made a weird discovery yesterday. my right ear lobe has been aching every now and then when i wear heavier dangling earrings. i take the earring out and all is good. it doesnt look or feel infected. and this has been going on for a while now...  why only the right ear? anyway, upon close inspection i realize my ears look different, the ear holes. the right ear looks stretched, the hole has grown or something. why is this????  i googled and used some common sense and my analysis is that it has been injured or somehow cut (inside) and never heals properly, and due to the irritation of wearing heavy earrings on occasions, it grows (rips open) slowly...  i dunno if that even makes sense. anyway, i googled some advice and now i have made a plan based on it. i am not sure how optimistic i should be about fixing a "stretched" ear hole with home remedies, i hope i dont have to go through the whole regime, but i have time if so need be...

1. clean ear hole with disinfectant (today)
2. apply Bepanthen (dexpanthenol 5%) (1-20 days)
3. then apply hemorrhoid cream (ruscogenin, hydrocortisone or phenylephrine - to be decided, 10-20 days)
4. find a doctor who has experience in fixing earlobes surgically (1-10 days)
5. go get ear lobe cut and sewn back together (1 day)
6. wait for ear lobe to heal (30-90 days?)
7. get a new hole done.

projects starts today.
