sleeping time

headache. and a throat that is really starting to feel sore although im teling myself its not true :( i rarely have headaches, so this is not a good sign. AND aching shoulder and neck. i dont think this is a good time to get ill...

Umut & Cansu invited me out...so i went! maybe not the best choice when i feel the cold knocking on the door, but a nice dinner & 2 glasses of wine can hardly be harmful either...  i started self medicating too, and if i sleep well tonight then theres a chance ill be fine tomorrow...
