Arttu - my ex and best friend. musician and IT-entrepreneur.
Avner & Elmor - friends of partly israeli origin in London.
Carina - a swedish friend of mine whom i met in Istanbul.
Carilyn - a puerto rican friend my age whom i met in Istanbul at an Internations event.
cousin B - cousin with a B in her name. we were very close when younger and we are the same age.
dad - lives in Austria with his new family of 5 kids. worked as an embassy caretaker, now retired.
doctor - my loving husband (since August 2015). he is my age. turkish. likes art movies and metal music. we met through hospitalityclub.org in feb 2010.
F (former him) - a nice handsome guy I dated for 1.5yrs in 07-08. we met at work.
Hanna - a swedish friend, we met when working for the translation agency in Istanbul.
K - a fellow blogger. an easy going male, works in the music business.
Kev - online/rl friend, a photographer in canada. we have love for hockey in common, thats how we met online in 2002.
Marianne (former mnoo) - a finnish photographer living in London. we met online in 2004 or so.
Melisa - a turkish finnish documentary director, a friend of mine in Istanbul
Miriam - a smart german feminist girl living in [changes often]. a few yrs my junior. we met online in 2004 perhaps.
miss R - ex coworker - now BFF - from internet provider customer service, a few yrs younger than me, now works in service management.
mom- lives 3 hours away from Helsinki. retired because of severe illness. died sept 2010.

Otto - Arttu's brother, architect/IT entrepreneur
Sebastian - ex-hairdresser, now prison guard, MMA practitioner
Senni - a finnish girl (tourist guide) in Istanbul that became my friend
